Quattro’s Fig, Arugula, & Goat Cheese Pizza

From the moment you walk into Quattro in Boston’s historic North End, you realize how much the

kitchen embraces visibility. With a wide-open view of the whole chickens and authentic Italian sausages spinning over an open flame, you can watch them craft the food literally right in front of you. Watching the meat get prepared, marinade, and thrown onto the grill right in front of you give you a connection to your meal.

Tossing the dough on a stone counter until it’s just the fig, arugula, and goat cheese pizzaright size, sprinkling imported goat cheese and fresh cut figs on top, it then gets slide into the brick oven. After a quick turn and less than 10 minutes later, the pizza is taken out to rest. Topped with fresh arugula tossed in light olive oil and then cut into six pieces, you’re ready to experience Quattro’s Fig, Arugula & Goat Cheese Pizza.

From the first bite you’re hit with an amazingly crunchy yet soft crust. The fresh green arugula meets the salty, creamy goat cheese with fresh sweet figs cutting through and brightening the bite. While these ingredients are simple, they work as perfect accompaniments for each other.

If you are ever in Boston’s North End, stop by Quattro for a lunch or pizza and experience our famous brick-oven pizza.
